Sales & Operations Planning

Does your organization seem unable to co-ordinated your execution plans and your sales activities? Do you struggle with communicating goals across your organization? Does it seem like the minute you put a plan together someone wants to change it? A formal S&OP process has helped many organizations improve both their communication and execution. Doug has experienced the benefits of S&OP both from an operations perspective, and through the work he's done with several large multi-national organizations in implementing S&OP. He will help you gain an understanding of S&OP and where it fits in your organization. He will also share the essentials of a good S&OP process, how to get started, and some of the pitfalls to look out for.
